GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Tour tickets

- 100% cancellation charges apply for bookings cancel on tour date / did not show up during tour / and cancellations which are less then a month from tour date.
- 50% cancellation charges apply for bookings, which are more then a month from tour date. Admin charges apply.

Pick-up Service / Pick-up Time / Drop-off service

- Complimentary pick-up service is provided from major hotels to our tour co-ordination point, where you will be transferred to your respective vehicle.
- The punctuality of the pick-up vehicle depends on the location of your hotel and traffic conditions.
- Please wait at the designated pick-up point 5 minutes before the stated pick-up time.
- At the end of the tour, complimentary drop-off service is provided to major hotels for selected tours only.

Tour sticker

- Kindly wear your tour sticker at all times for identification purposes.

Passengers

- All tours will operate with a minimum of 2 passengers (unless specified).
- Children aged between 3 to 12 years (based on year of birth) will be charged child’s price.

Tour Routes

- Tour routes may change subject to weather and traffic conditions.

Lost Articles

- Guests are advised to check their seats before alighting from the vehicles to ensure that their belongings are not left behind, as the company will not be held responsibility for any lost articles.

Liability

- Although we will exercise every safety precaution, the company will not be held responsible for any personal injury or mishap that may occur during the duration of the tour.
